started HCG on 11/7 Day #1 (before loading): 173.6 Day #3 (after “loading”): 176.4 Day #5: 170 Day #8: 167.4 -.6 loss this morning, so close to my lowest weight of 165. my jeans from 2009 (when i was at my lowest) fit again this morning. that was motivating as fuck.

HCG Recipe: Garlic Sea Bass & Steamed Cabbage
this was one of the best meals i have made yet and i will make it again. i steamed cabbage and ate it with marinated sea bass. i measured out a 3.5 oz piece of sea bass and marinated it over night in pressed garlic and low sodium soy sauce. i then broiled it for about 14 minutes and ate it with the cabbage. it was delicious.
